The global IT company has increased regional sales through outsourcing services

The client was an international company based in Switzerland that manufactures and sells computer equipment. It does not have a registered legal entity (company) in Croatia and performs all distribution and sales through distributors.

The client does not have its own company in Croatia and therefore cannot hire its internal employees whose task would be to increase sales via sales activities and control over the distributor.

As a solution, we offered our outsourcing services in terms of recruitment, selection, employment and managing a complete team of employees with the aim of improving sales in Croatia. We recruited 10 quality candidates who were employed as sales representatives. they were employed by DEKRA and we performed all legal administrative actions. For each employee we provided a laptop with an operating system and MS Office package, a mobile phone with a mobile subscription and business cards as well as official rental vehicles complete with refueling cards. We perform monthly employee attendance records, salary calculation and payment, HR administration, calculation of all travel orders, administrative prohibitions, reimbursements and control of material costs.
